What is PBIS? Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, data-driven framework proven to reduce disciplinary incidents, increase a school’s sense of safety and support improved academic outcomes. More than 1,400 Georgia schools and 27,000 nationwide have been trained in PBIS. Thank you for supporting our PBIS recognition efforts!
PBIS Rewards and Recognition at Rockdale County High School
At RCHS, the Rockdale Way aims to foster a positive school environment by recognizing and rewarding students for exhibiting positive behaviors. Your donated funds will be used to purchase items for student incentives and recognition including gift cards, school supplies, toys, certificates, trophies, pizza parties, and movie days. In addition, we will purchase PBIS materials to support the framework through banners, posters, and other materials.
